At Luke Teague Electrical & Property Improvements we can carry out work for private customers on a call out, time and materials or a fixed price bases.

Work we carry out includes:-
Supply fix and wire an outside light or simply replace an existing light for a new one.
Wire a new build or extension.
Add sockets to your home inside or out!
Carry out visual safety checks and issue 2 page report (from £65)
Carry out a full periodic inspection and 3 page report of your home (from £95)
Fit your new flat screen TV including the concealed wiring from the sky/virgin box and your DVD player.

Call Out:
 The call out fee includes all travel and expenses and the first 30 minutes on site, our standard hourly call out rate (£55.00) is then applies in 30min increments.
(At present 90% of "call outs" are completed within the initial 30 minuets)
Please note call out fee is due upon arrival in cash or cheque with guarantee card prior to acceptance of job, all follow up work will be time and materials or fixed price.
 
Time and Materials:
This is usually the the way we charge if its difficult to put a price on a job. Email or call to arrange a visit and the work could be carried out within 1 working week. We will charge a hourly rate for an Electrician plus a Labourer  if needed and a percentage on materials (sundries 10%, Equipment 20%) of course if you find the equipment yourself we will be happy to fit it, but we can only warrantee equipment supplied by ourselves. We could give you a budget costing to help you plan.

Fixed Price:
Certainly the best option for most jobs. With fixed price you will only pay the quoted amount for the work specified and if there are alterations they will not be carried out without full written agreement. With fixed price on larger projects we can if required help you with all stages of the installation, concept-design- specification. with our knowledge of regulations, products and new innovations you are sure to achieve the perfect results.
