Should materials be used to rectify the matter in hand these will be supplied at Trade Price plus 10% mark up. The rate applies to a callout that is received during normal working hours Monday to Friday 8.0am -17.00pm and can be attended during these hours or alternatively we agree to attend outside of these hours. In addition the property shall not be a domestic dwelling with swimming pools, hot tubs and more than 3 living rooms / reception rooms. |

The terms that apply to this will include the fusbeboard being for the purpose of a domestic dwelling and not a non-domestic or commercial unit and also with the fuseboard required being no more than a 15 way unit. In addition if a sub-main is required this will not be included nor will the main bonding if it is over a 15 meter run. |

The conditions of this product are that the socket is no more than 10metres away from an existing and the cable run can be within the fabrics of the building or plastic white pvc mini-trunking. If the cable is required to chased in flush an additional charge will be incurred. Furthermore the existing fuseboard will need to have spare capacity should be not be able to spur off the existing ring main and RCD / RCBO protection is already in situ. |
